Let's say were on hold with a message "Please hold. All agents are currently busy. Your call is important to us." How long do you wait before you determine it to be a complete lie?
Context: Currently I'm on hold and leaving the phone on in the background while I work. It's been ALMOST THREE HOURS. 😂 🤖 I think at this point they have gone home and stopped working.

@Ukrainian_Art As an alternative to Etsy, you might check out https://artisans.coop/ . (I'm not a member, but it seems like a nifty idea.) I believe you can become a "Supporter" member and sell things on their storefront. You can either do activities to help the coop for membership, or buy membership.

@deech@mastodon.social Yeah, in addition to UBI, I think there needs to be some sort of universal healthcare, housing, food, and probably a handful of other things that are necessary for life. Basically, we need to get capitalism out of human survival.
