да, по шу пуэру, который я пила в пятницу, уже под утро, и уже не успела написать про него. напишу кратко. Му Е Чунь, 8 лет выдержки, лесной шу пуэр от фабрики Мэнку. сырьё из уезда Юньдэ (округ Линцан) 2005 года, пресс 2013 года, упаковка 2021 года. сначала сырьё проходит обычную подготовку, как для шу пуэра, потом проходит вторичную ферментацию в течение 8 лет на фабрике Мэнку, потом прессуется в блины. такой вот сложный и долгий процесс. Click to open/close сырьё - мелко порубленный лист. пахнет каким-то хлебным ароматом, как габа. заваривала его почти кипятком, градусов 90. настой получается тёмный, "нефтяной", тёмно-коричневого цвета. а вот вкус меня ничем не удивил. это отличная шуха гунтиново-сладкого профиля. и всё, пожалуй. то есть, она сладкая, с лёгким ароматом аниса и гунтиновым привкусом. имеет слабый, но приятный аромат из чахая. послевкусие долгое, сладкое. пьётся легко, заваривается густо и долго. но не бодрит особо, потому что сырьё уже изрядо выдержано. хорошая шуха, но не настолько интересная. это шу для любителей сладких шу пуэров, а я не то, чтобы такой любитель. стоит при этом раза в три дороже обычных шу пуэров примерно такого же профиля. можно приобрести для коллекции, как шу пуэр, сделанный по необычной технологии. но не более. #чай #пуэр #шу пуэр #tea #lang ru

I really love it when teas remind me of specific pieces of media or characters, and somehow this 2016 Jingmai Moonlight White Tea from Nari Tea Lab suddenly brought to my mind the video game series Borderlands! I think it's because of its minerality, woodiness and dried flower taste, which put me right back on the arid planet of Pandora! It also has citrus peel and strong menthol notes, which felt refreshing in this warm sunny day.
