I really love it when teas remind me of specific pieces of media or characters, and somehow this 2016 Jingmai Moonlight White Tea from Nari Tea Lab suddenly brought to my mind the video game series Borderlands!
I think it's because of its minerality, woodiness and dried flower taste, which put me right back on the arid planet of Pandora! It also has citrus peel and strong menthol notes, which felt refreshing in this warm sunny day.
I certainly wasn't planning on feeling nostalgic about my long nights playing video games with friends during my IT studies days, but it's not an unwelcome feeling at all 💚
