Good morning (or evening) fellow #WebDev friends! I have officially kicked off a new "ecosystem” of #HTML first, vanilla #JS adjacent tools I am calling Heartml. And we now have a website! https://www.heartml.dev The first library, a helper for building web components called Reciprocate, came out a while back but its been newly homed here. @hsza@social.tudbut.de In this case I think hard regulation is necessary because softer means failed. We don't "ask" malware to not be spread, we combat malware.And in my experience #JS is only used to violate consent, privacy and security! It is perfectly possible to build featureful sites without using #JavaScript! I've been nice about it in the past... Now I won't because being polite didn't do shit!
