What is this sorcery?! New microtonal timetraveling psychedlic rock duo just dropped?!
Angine de Poitrine - Full Performance (Live on KEXP)
Resurfaced some fun product renderings i did at denkwerk in 2015.
The thinx team came up with idea of a cigarette shaped fidget toy – so you can sneakily have a timed smoke break without the nicotine. And other downsides.
I helped modelling rendering and compositing so It looked like a product one could buy. Never took off, but I still like the renderings a lot!
Ten years ago already, cycles was still kind of fresh around then!
I did some small improvements and fixes on the circuit drifter.
- v1.1 now works on main cables, no more warnings
- I annotated even more nodes and branches
- There is a neat faked ambient occlusion effect
- I added the model of cute lil RC car I had 30 years ago

Patch064 - Simple Physics Solenoids and contact microphones
I just published the little "Circuit Drifter", an excercise in using #CablesGL for a full game loop and handling rapier physics with user input.
Right now gameplay only works on desktop, if you open it on mobile a very dumb auto-pilot will control the car for you.

I just put a ton of OLD projects on my website. Collected under „interactiveSpaces“ you find AR, VR, installations and VJ sets.

Curious what you think. Its sadly very hard to get footage from some of these.
Looking and listening to all this, I'll be soon sitting on a very large pile of smiple but weird music. This one is a hlaftime dub thingy. Tiny section, again trying to get the #opz to play with the whole #eurorack idea.
Again with #midiTracker in the back, keeping the beat.
(my posts here autodelete, but you can find all of these recordings somewhere on my website, I'm trying to put them all up there)
Another try at a stream thing
For the curious listener: I uploaded all the recent #midiTracker streams as unlisted yt videos.
You can find all of them here:
My energy has left the chat. Let’s hope the weekend brings some rest and new energy.
Colleague has gifted me a teensy 4.1 with #m8tracker headless on.
I guess they really know me well.
A colleague of mine was intrigued to help with one of the midi controllers I build. They are good with woodworking and have the right tools. So this is a first test with a cheap leftover. The plan is to make this from walnut and oil + prep it right. 🥰
( I might need to need to fix the proportions a little. They did a few tweaks to make the manufacturing easier, so there is some differences to the original.)
Trying to break with more rules again. I felt stuck in the same AD envople Synths so i tried something more down temp with the filter and VCA envelopes running free through the whole thing.
This felt pretty good while playing and I'll look more into this.
Things around me are moving way to fast. Here is me trying to make the OP-Z (which is falling apart) #midiTracker and #eurorack sing together.
Miditracker is sending MIDI to the eurorack as well as the OP-Z with the basic chord mode I built.
These chords and things then go into beads and from threre to the rest of the rack.
Neat.
Writing a application/portfolio for the first time in 13 years and I hate it.
What a stupid thing to do. And it's even one of the nice things where you can compile all the stuff you have done.
Luxury problems, but still annoying the shit out of me.
I started to put down parts of the commerical work I do at denkwerk on my website. If you're curious what I'm up to during work hours this is your chance.
If you are curious about details, have ideas or feedback, feel free to reach out.
