Ngl it's pretty depressing that pretty much any time I'm engaging with people outside of a leftist-focused environment like bsky or Mastodon and the topic of #AI comes up, it seems like the other people have no idea how harmful it is and they get very defensive if I try to explain why it's bad. It's important we not silo ourselves into thinking the average person gives a shit about anything that doesn't directly, negatively affect them (or even if it does, as long as they've been conditioned to blame the negative parts onto unrelated sources).
Tried to make cauliflower tikka masala, but i didn't realize until I'd already bought the ingredients that the recipe calls for a pressure cooker which I don't have, so I tried to make do just sautéeing in a pan 😩 it's kind of sweet and spicy so I know my kids won't touch it, but hopefully my husband will at least 🤷♀️
