@DC4DD@sueden.social das ist v.a. das jeder weitere Patient nicht von den Krankenkassen bezahlt würde und erst wenn ein Patient ein paar Quartale nicht da war wird wieder ein platz frei. Die meisten Praxen nehmen auch einige über dem KV-Maximum auf, aber wenn am ende des Quartals mehrere Tage unbezahlt bleiben, ist die Finanzierung der Praxis schwierig

@blogwart@mastodon.social ich dachte auch grad, eigentlich ist politikversagen schon passend, solange man alles als politisch beschreibt was am demokratischen Prozess hängt. Und nicht nur die kaputt lobbyierte "Profi-Politik" in Berlin, Brüssel und den deutschen Landeshauptstädten...

@captainfutura@mastodon.social Das retten alter (Bauern-)Häuser ist ein Hobby von dem ich, bevor ich mit meiner Frau zusammen "einfach" eins gekauft habe, nie gedacht hätte, dass es mir freude machen könnte. Jetzt geht seit sechs Jahren zwar der Großteil der Freizeit für die wiederherstellung und modernisierung drauf, aber über die IG Bauernhaus haben wir Gleichgesinnte gefunden, was auf jeden Fall bei der Motivation hilft. Besserer ÖPNV in die Kreisstadt wäre auch super um die Fahrzeit nutzen zu können.

@diabhoil@social.tchncs.de Ich glaub ich würde eher manchen Politiker*innen als Techbossen Wichtige Gesellschaftliche Entscheidungen anvertrauen. Leider sind die Vertrauenswürdigen Politiker*innen aktuell selten in Machtpositionen... @derthomas@metalhead.club @wurzelmann@mastodon.wurzelmann.at

@grimm@norden.social spannend, insbesondere wenn noch was aus den verschiedenen Windenergie direkt nutzen Konzepten wird, könnte vielleicht sogar schon heutige Batterietechnik für den Großteil der nach Abzug der Fossiltransporte nötigen Schiffe ausreichen...

@schmetterding@norden.social @llutz@norden.social ich war vor ein paar Jahren als Fachinformatiker an ner Uni in Niedersachsen, mit E9b (TVL) und das war deutlich unter vergleichbaren Jobs in der gleichen Stadt... Aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Arbeitgebern gibt es im öffenlichen Dienst einen Tarifvertrag, der Teilzeit grundsätzlich ermöglicht. Und nicht 40h stehen im Arbeitsvertrag und erwartet werden aber eher 60...
