A downside of having a team of mainly students is they eventually graduate. On the plus side, I get to see FIVE of my team get their hard-earned diplomas today. A sixth is getting his JD today as well but I get to keep him for his last PhD year. #commencement

I got hit by someone on a bike while walking across campus to work. According to a witness, it was BAD. fortunately nothing is broken, not even my glasses. I did end up with a bloody nose and am going to have bruise on my cheekbone though. And hopefully that young man learned to read signs that say WALK YOUR BIKE!

I love that slow cooking is extra love to her. And I love that it meant I could throw a whole bunch of a little too dry peeled garlic taking space in the fridge in there.

So hear me out. Instead of a little caramel egg and a big hollow egg, make the inner cardboard holder shaped like an egg cup, fill the large egg with caramel and have it come with biscuits soldiers.
