@cheziceman @adapalmer Aluminium is actually very decarbonization friendly, since smelters depend solely on electricity and that can be sourced from non carbon sources contrary to ie. steel (needs carbon coke) or glass (natural gas).

@Techaltar It might be of interest to you that Polish BLIK system was also established originally in 2013 as an initiative of 6 major banks, but it was constructed to run under a supervision of the country finiancial oversight institutions. Now, since 2020 Mastercard bought a share in it, it also became a partner opening its own terminals to accept BLIK contactless payments.

To, czego potrzebujemy, to wymuszenie na dużych dostawcach (gatekeepers) udostępnienia API, które pozwolą rodzicom przy pomocy wybranych narzędzi bazujących na tych API na monitorowanie obecności i zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa dzieci w sieci.
Dlaczego API? Dlatego, że gdyby to sami dostawcy implementowali te rozwiązania, wykrzywią je tak, aby działały na ich korzyść. Vide: Family Link, który pozwala rodzicowi monitorować dzieci w sieci, o ile rodzic sam zgodzi się być śledzonym przez Google.
Istnienie API pozwoli różnym dostawcom konkurować w obszarze takiego rynku, co więcej niezależne podmioty, których oferta będzie zależna od istnienia tego rozwiązania, będą zainteresowane jego utrzymaniem i jakością, będą wspierać jego istnienie, rozwój itd.
Zakaz jako taki będzie nieskuteczny, bo mniej sprawni technicznie rodzice nie będę go w stanie wyegzekwować, a korporacje skłonne pilnować.
