@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social reminds me of the funny cash register USB connectors Cathode Ray Dude made a video about

@molly0xfff@hachyderm.io At least they said "please" :neobread_laugh_sweat:

@Leeisme@mastodon.xyz Alternatively: Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life, because you're burnt out now

@winterknight1337@infosec.exchange @SwiftOnSecurity@infosec.exchange where did you get it?

@eloy@hsnl.social selfhost dns, now you own all the domains :D

@hazelweakly@hachyderm.io if you haven't yet by the way - you can swap the `~ and §± keys by changing the keyboard layout in the macos settings if you want.

it will of course make the keys do something different from what they say, but that's easy enough to get used to.

not sure if you can make the `~ button act as a shift too (so you can fatfinger it to your heart's content) but surely there's tools for that (though knowing the mac ecosystem it'll probably cost like €25)

@nash they should just have done -march=native didn't need all these gpus wtf

@hazelweakly @helle at least framework had the foresight to make the top case compatible with both layouts (though replacing the keyboard still requires you to unscrew a bunch of tiny screws)

@foone@digipres.club been using gpui a lot lately. it still makes my brain bleed, but significantly less so

@hazelweakly@hachyderm.io isn't the tilde next to z an apple invention? i've never seen it on pc iso keebs

@hazelweakly@hachyderm.io it usually is a second \| key (which also isn't very useful). AltGr is in stead of the right Alt key

@ploum@mamot.fr we were all happy when Mitchell Baker stepped down. somehow, we got someone even worse

@markusms@mastodon.cloud and with all the icons being the same or irrelevant, they're just completely useless (tonsky.me/blog/tahoe-icons/ good read)
