woke up with tightness in my chest and body aches. the depression feels heavier today.
still had to get out of bed and get an early start to dinner prep before forcing myself to workout then taking my kid to her swimming lessons.
I had hoped that my recent exploration in art and creativity would help ease the weight of joblessness... but all I feel is apathy.
Just want to pat myself on the back for not eating a single cookie yesterday.
I devoured half a box of those Chips-Ahoy! Chewy chocolate chip cookies in a couple of days. They were so small and cute and chewy. I'd have one every time I'd walk by the kitchen counter.
Yesterday I told myself no cookies for the entire day. I succeeded.
I should reward myself with a cookie but I would ... crumble... under the pressure of only eating one.
