My cat gave birth today, I'm a grandmother now , Lol

The children and I stayed by her side all day, taking care of her and the children and feeding them. We were very happy with them🥰.

We are still in the stage of choosing names, any suggestions? 🙈❤️

And please don't forget to donate & support us https://chuffed.org/project/help-mai-and-the-gaza-camp-kids

Do you know how many people are killed every day in #gaza ?

Did you know that there are still #children dying from malnutrition?

Did you know that we are on the verge of entering a new #famine?

Of course you don't know because you believed #Israel's lie about a #ceasefire and forgot about Gaza and its suffering.

Guys, we're less than $200 away from our monthly goal !!, let's close the target today together.

https://chuffed.org/project/help-mai-and-the-gaza-camp-kids

Remember that by #donating, you are helping a young #woman who #supports her family of 10 and more than 30 #children and their families, so every dollar makes different ❣️

Good morning, world.

I woke up grateful today — not because things are easy. They're not. Gaza is heavy on my heart this morning, as it is every morning.

But gratitude finds a way through the cracks.

Grateful for the people who see us. Who share our posts. Who donate their coffee money on Fridays.

Grateful that I'm still here to write these words.

#Gaza #GoodMorning #palestine #mastodon #socialmedia

Something nobody talks about:

The dollar is collapsing against the shekel.

Before: $1 = 3.56 shekels
Today: $1 = 2.98 shekels

That means every dollar you donate now buys us less. Much less.
$100 doesn't cover one day of food for a family of 4.

This month we received less than $400 in total donations.

Do the math. That's not enough for one week.

I'm not sharing this to guilt anyone. I'm sharing it because the truth matters.

Please help:

A thumbs up. A shy smile. Two bowls of snacks, This is happiness in Gaza right now.

Not a toy. Not a trip. Just a few colourful rings in a bowl — and these kids are glowing.

Children shouldn't have to glow over a snack. But here we are.

And here they are — still smiling. Still full of light despite everything.

Help us keep that light alive:

A little girl in our camp looked up at me today and asked:
"Will we go home soon?"

She's 6. She doesn't know what home means anymore.

I held her hand and said nothing. What do you say to that?

She deserves a home. Food. Safety. A childhood.

So does every child here.

If you can — please help us. Even $5 keeps a child fed for a day.

This cup in my hand… could be a meal for someone else.

Today, share your coffee with those who can’t afford one.
Skip one cup → donate $5+ → make a real difference.

Post your coffee. Tag your friends. Pass it on.

Let’s turn a simple habit into hope.

☕ It's Friday — Coffee Day!

Every Friday I invite you to share your coffee with me.

Donate the price of one cup — $3, $5, whatever you'd spend or more — and we've had coffee together. Across borders. Across pain❣️.

Last week, nobody joined.I won't pretend that didn't hurt. I'm trying again today — because hope doesn't take days off.

Will you share a cup with me this week?

The world moved on.

But we didn’t.

We are still trapped.
Still hungry.
Still waiting for help that may never come.

Be the reason someone survives today.

The program has closed✊🏻💓, Alhamdulillah. Today, I went to the market and bought Eid supplies for the children. Stay tuned for photos and activities🥰.

Making the favourite sweet for #ramadan and enjoying it with the kids 🥰✨️

Thank you for your recent and ongoing support. Thanks to your support, we can still do more for these children. Much love to you, friends 🤎🤎🤎.

A #ceasefire was declared. But let me tell you what my day looks like:

— One meal. From a charity distribution point.
— If they don't show up, we don't eat.
— A bag of flour now costs what used to feed us for a week.

This is #gaza after the "ceasefire."

The cameras left. The hunger stayed.

RE: @AccordingtoWouter@mastodon.world

☕ Today 4 beautiful humans shared their coffee with me.

Last week: 0.
This week: 4.

That's what showing up looks like. That's what hope looks like🙌🏻.

To those 4 — thank you. From the bottom of my heart🫶🏻. You didn't just donate. You sat with me for a moment. And that matters more than you know.

To everyone else — there's still time. One cup. One small act. One connection across the world.

Hi , it's Mai again , so I have an urgent & personal #calltoaction as below:

During Ramadan we prepared food parcels for families and children in need, thanks to your kindness. 💛

🚨Now Eid is close, and I hope to prepare simple gifts for children and support my family. We’re currently at $150, and the goal is $500 within the next 3 days.

If you can #donate now, even a small amount helps a lot. Thank you for your kindness and #support .
#gazaverified #genocide #palestine #mastodon #socialmedia

I don't want to beg. But I have no other choice.

My family. These children. We need your help to get through another week.

If this reaches you — please share it, even if you can't donate. A boost costs nothing and could change everything.

Some facts on #worldwaterday

●Women and girls in #Gaza spend an average of 6-8 hours a day on a gruelling and humiliating journey to fetch a few litres of water.

●land The average Gazan receives 3-15 liters of water per day (mostly brackish water), while the per capita share of potable water does not exceed 2 liters, which is less than 15% of the minimum standard according to World #Health Organization standards.

Every day, more lives are lost.
Not just numbers — real people, real families.

And many are still dying from hunger.

We don’t need awareness anymore.
We need action.

#gaza #famine #donate #multualaid #IranWar #palestine

What hell is going on here?!

With the start of the war on #Iran, the markets here were greatly affected, and all basic goods disappeared! And the prices of the rest doubled!!

Will we return to famine again? Where will we find food?
How will we survive?

For the past two weeks, we've been on the @gaza_verified_campaigns@mastodon.social list of those who received less than $200 in #donations in the last 7 days‼️.

Imagine someone like me, responsible for a family of 10, including more than 30 #children and their families.
What can I do in this situation, under these difficult circumstances and with the terrible cost of living?

I hope you will understand my helplessness and help me to help my family and children.

It's the first of #april.

To most people, a new month means new beginnings.

To us, it means another month we have to fight to survive!

Last month, some of you helped us. Thank you — truly. You kept us alive❣️.

This month, I'm asking again. Not with shame. With honesty.

We still need you. The children still need you.

Please share this if you can't donate:

This morning, the kids had bread and tea for breakfast. That's all we had.
They didn't complain. They never do.

But they deserve more than survival. They deserve to live.

Unfortunately, we are on @gaza_verified_campaigns@mastodon.social list of families who have not received any donations in the past week, and this is very sad and worrying because we literally live off your donations

Help me give them that:

🚨That's why we need your help and donation!

‼️#gaza continues to pay the price for any tensions that arise around it. The war between #Iran, US, and #Israel has had a significant negative impact on Gaza, with border crossings closed, no aid entering, leading to shortages in the markets, and skyrocketing prices!!!

✊🏻If you have any spare parts, please share them with us. We urgently need your support during this time☹️.

4 days. No donations.

I kept waiting, kept hoping. But I have to be honest with you now.

We are struggling to eat. Food prices in Gaza have become impossible — what used to cost $1 now costs $7 or more. The bombing hasn't stopped. The fear hasn't stopped.

And I'm here, trying to hold it together for my fam and the kids.

I'm not asking for much. I'm asking for one meal. For one day.

Please help us today:

#Ramadan is the month of giving, mercy, and standing together 🤍🌙

Alhamdulillah, one food parcel has already been prepared and delivered to a family in need.
Another parcel is now being prepared… and many more families are still waiting.

Every donation — no matter how small — brings food to a table, relief to a mother, and hope to a child.
We truly need your support to keep going.
