#rebs3Things, even if its only 12pm 1 had sharon / kaki / persimmon as fruit in my muesli today, which were one of my mom's fav fruits 🫶 2 already did the laundry and the dishes [via dish washer, but OK] and enjoyed the weekly phone call with my BFF - the day is positively done! \o/ [concerning expectations] 3 will read lots today, and also write again by hand, on paper, which both do me good in terms of well-being and feeling at home in my body.💃 #3GoodThings #threeGoodThings

Wer kennt sich mit Rollatoren und höheren Gehhilfen aus - könnte das hier was sein, mit den "Schlitten" hinten? oder lieber "standard-rollator", den man hochstellen kann? ich finde, dass diese unterarm-stützen grundsätzlich sehr vertrauenswürdig aussehen - und die person kann nicht so arg vorgebeugt gehen aktuell

@f_o_tistic@autistics.life also instagram is a good place to search and look for tattoos and artists. some travel around and may come to a city next to yours or even your area, they announce plans quite into the future. would mean that you can't just walk in and talk live upfront but for inspiration it's great in any case. [got three tattoos by https://www.instagram.com/tattoo.bloom/ and will get more bc she is a great artist if one's looking for artful "organic" nature tats]

these are #rebs3Things of today: 1 my front tooth that lost it's filling a week ago got fixed, covered by insurance; according to my dentist there is a possibility that it can stay like this for years. 2 got timely sessions for CMT at a local physiotherapist center - and am very happy to also have this covered by insurance! 3 in general i'm doing the best that i can - and i currently/recently/today feel like that's also enough. #3GoodThings #threeGoodThings

@atarifrosch@fedifreu.de @Tami@troet.cafe @sofasophia@fairmove.net um zu schauen, wie sich das kind in soz. situationen verhält, blickrichtungen, körperhaltung, mimik/gestik etc. - geht ja um ne med. diagnose einer störung [terminologie, NICHT meine meinung], die schon seit frühester kindheit vorgelegen haben muss. bei mir zB wenig aussagekräftig, da ich schon ganz klein heavy gemasked hab, u.a. wg #actuallyADHD, vgl. zu fragebögen, die die häufig selbst undiagnostizierten eltern kriegen ["hat sich ihr kind "normal" verhalten?"].

#rebs3Things - even if the day is gone already... 1 almost daily now, i'm doing and saying things inspite of my usual self that propel me [and my romantic partner, RP] into new directions. it's hard. but i like. 2 the RP and me booked a vacation, trains, airbnb, gave heads up to loved ones that live nearby... !!1 it will be our first joint vacation, EVER. <3 3 today i bought freshly ground ceylon cinnamon for baking a banana bread/cake tomorrow.
