@Nonya_Bidniss@infosec.exchange love me some possums, don't disagree with most of this, but my understanding is the tick thing has been debunked? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34298355/

@chipperdoodles@chaos.social @Fratm@mastodon.social @maketvee@leds.social @crowdsupply@hachyderm.io it was so cool seeing that at the keyboard meetup. Very fun interaction.

@pabloyoyoista@social.treehouse.systems best bet is usually to try to find a local meetup. Maybe try to find/contact whoever organized this one? https://kbd.news/meetup/Attraktor-Keyboard-Meetup-Hamburg-158.html

@shanselman@hachyderm.io @jernej__s@infosec.exchange @KewlCat@mastodon.social you would cringe to see my list... My #ZMK work means my list is... Untenable? Ridiculous? Triming the list would be like trying to achieve inbox zero.

If you're looking to get into the deep end, lots of options in the custom space. E.g. https://cannonkeys.com/products/brutal-v2-65-keyboard?variant=40913911185519

@Elucidating@mastodon.social @m0xEE@breloma.m0xee.net yeah, I'm curious to try this on some ssd1306 and sharp memory displays to see how it holds up.

@molly0xfff thumb shift is really nice, IMHO. Not as much of a requirement when you've got as many keys as the Glove80, but still a win.
Hope you enjoy the new keeb!

@n00b0ss what size/layout? Row or column stagger? Are you interested in full DIY with soldering and compiling your own firmware, or just basic assembly of switches/keycaps you bought separately?

@n00b0ss might be worth seeing if there's a local keyboard meetup to try a few things out before buying then.

@pauldoo@mastodon.social if you want choc tactiles, skip browns, and get the Sunsets. Darryl of lowprokb.ca has done *great* work with Kailh to make an actual quality choc tactile.
