Been dealing with a pinched nerve for the last week since laying back in a dentist chair set it off. Mostly okay but sitting at my desk is very uncomfortable. Weird combination of numb hand and sharp pain in one muscle in my back.

One thing that's unpleasant about a Linux desktop is you often end up looking at log files. And every big app is spamming all sorts of warnings and errors to the log files all the time. Like Chrome logs an error every 2 seconds. All of this is a very bad code smell. The engineers are clearly ignoring their own error logs.
Now that my email signatures are fully sorted out, I'm considering moving to p=reject as my DMARC policy. I am pretty sure none of my mail will be rejected, I send everything via Gmail with valid signatures. Any hidden gotchas I should think about?

Ecobee is such a better product than my Nest Thermostat ever was. The web app is great. Also it actually works as a thermostat: bonus!
Afroman is coming in a few weeks to my little California town. (Nevada City, CA)
Chase is now requiring five factor authentication. I log in with password on the website, which prompts me to open the mobile app, which requires a thumbprint. Then the app also demands a PIN. That's three separate challenges plus two persistent devices. Every single time I open the website, even in the same browser session.
Laughing out loud at a scene from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. What a delightful film.
@phanpy@hachyderm.io on my Android tablet the toolbar at the bottom covers the new post button. It does still work but it's very hard to hit it.
After 2 hours I got Borderlands 4 playing from my Linux box to my TV. Mostly. I still haven't tried to make HDR work and there's lots of little stutters. But at least the sound isn't delayed 2 seconds anymore.
Linux gaming mostly works but there's still rough edges.
