I have taken to listening to music at bedtime (orchestras playing rock and pop, love these) with a sixty minute timer. I usually go to sleep during the second or third song.
Sometimes I'll wake after 40-50 minutes.
"What's that noise?"
"Music?? Where is music coming from?"
Every. Time.
Colosseum, Rome.
