I am loving the responce to the Blender Foundation post about the AI twats they added as sponsers.
I am wondering if it isn't just coincedental that this epic mistake happend not long after Ton stepped back.
You can't sweet talk this decision, blood money is blood money, no mater how you intended to use it.
Tainted the brand, time to accept your mistake and retract.

Personally I do not blame the US team in anyway for the whole Red card debacle.
The responsibility for all this bad feeling lies at the feet of FIFA for bending to political pressure. Even Trump was just being Trump, we expect no less from him. but FIFA really made a mess of this and I think it affected the US team psychologically they didn't play as the did in earlier games.
Belgium played to win and they did taking nothing away from them.

@aelspire@aelspire.info Yes the spamming of end users has really screwed with the protocol, a shame really. JS and HTML in emails didn't help. I remember the golden years of plain text not fancy but efficient.
Nowadays nearly all email I get is some form of promotion or marketing, I have unsubscribed so often I do it in my sleep now.
My wife and I email mostly and occasionally we talk too, across the table 😂

Trying to move people from one platform to another is almost impossible. I mentioned the problems with Whatscrap and the response was the usual, "I only use it to chat to ...".
Security and online privacy are very low on most users minds, I guess that's why they still use it. That and they have it and change is always a slow process.
Personally I am email and here these days 😉

I think I have found a new GUI to play with in Python, NiceGUI.
Installed ran the demo and po goes the browser, nice!
I am looking for an easy interface that doesn't need much and doesn't crash like PyQT does in MacOs for my little scripts, this looks interesting:

I love that you can drag and drop bookmarks from one browser to another, you didn't know that you could well you can. Saves a lot of time messing around. Firefox over to Vivaldi

When I first heard about I could still reach the ones others couldn't now I can't.
The "Information Super Highway" that was once the Internet is now more of a city road full of potholes and constant traffic jams.
The fast majority of 'data' flowing sorry crawling along it is background code and traps set for us to fall into.
All good things come to an end I suppose but the Web isn't even that old.
