@braid@alpaka.garden The judgement, while awesome, is however unfortunately limited in its immediate scope to expats, but Curia has already made two other fantastic decisions into that direction recently (the SNCF mustn't ask for gender for ticket purchases one and the GDPR-rectification against national registers one), so I have no doubt what this court would decide when admissibly presented with a case concerning ... inpats (?)

Ich erinnere mich, dass es bei der #SendungMitDerMaus früher eine Lachgeschichte zu einem Piraten mit Piratenschiff gab, der irgendwie ständig Probleme mit dem Feuern der Kanonen hatte oder so, aber ich finde iwie nix mehr dazu.
