I am so tired of injustice and the fact that you can't do anything against abuse and harm. Bad people rarely get what they deserve, and justice simply doesn't exist for regular people like me and you.

My internet journey begun in '97 with IRC and I haven't stopped since. Then advertising ruined it all. I joined Fediverse in 2022 and everything made sense again.

Chancho en Piedra is a chilean funk-rock-pop legedary band, widely known as an excentric band capable of making the impossible possible... I mean, with a huge discography, their performances were awesome thematic shows with sometimes dozens of musicians on stage: brass sections, strings, DJ, keyboards and even a full gospell choir.
Here is one of my favorite songs ("voy a resucitar", in english "I'm gonna resurrect") played in this spectacular 3 and a half hour show, which ended with a triple live album in 2018.
They begun their musical trip being just 18-19 years old in 1994.
I still remember their "7 in a row" show in 2010, in which they played their 7 in studio albums one after another in a single day in a sold out Theater in Santiago. Quite cool, huh?
Chancho en Piedra broke up in 2023 and said goodbye with a long tour in Chile and 2 big sold-out shows of 4 and a half hour lenght in one of the most relevant venues in Chile, the Movistar arena for more than 24,000 people. (The longest concert I've been in my whole life).
It doesn't matter if you know spanish, this will touch your heart in many ways.
Tell me what do you think about this, ok? Love you all.

@HadasWeiss@mastodon.social what an awesome profile description. Following! Cheers from Chile
I'm a Youtube fan, and there are more and more videos teaching you how to "quit" your smartphone for good.
The same answer over and over again: "You should outsource the tools from your phone"... Well: wasn't that precisely the greatness of smartphones? having an alarm clock, calculator, notes, drawing notebooks, and an infinite list of apps and tools in just one device?
Well, I guess we were wrong about that. OOPS!
OK... I love music, I am a musician and I CONSUME a lot of music. OK? Right. So... I love Youtube, I left IG, Facebook and Twitter a few years ago. So, Youtube IS definitely my digital platform to watch live music videos, interesting content and a long ETC...
BUT.
I'm TIRED of seeing bands and music projects (I mean, ANY style: rock, alternative, pop, tech, electro, folk, etc) with front-women showing their asses and a lot of skin, I don't know why... I don't even know if their music is actually good or not; IT DISGUSTS ME so much, I think even more than the centralized social media algorithm. I just hate it, and frustrates me, and makes me sick.
COME ON. Is it necessary doing that? To show your t1ts and ass to steal clicks?
Look at BJÖRK... PJ Harvey... even fuck1ng GAGA. They are so talented and smart, they NEVER had to do something like that. I love them, we are talking about MUSIC here!!
Last week I realized there is a CLASSICAN PIANIST who plays with ultra short skirts piano solos with orchestra. I mean... SHE IS A PRO CLASSICAL PIANIST. And even she is doing that crap. Wearing hot dresses like she is selling her body in a Formula 1 event.
STOP IT girls, I'm just blocking you. It bothers me, it doesn't interest me. It annoys me.
Music industry is sooooo wrong and it sucks sooooo much.
I'm so tired of seeing rock/pop bands with front-girls wearing super short skirts, super short jeans, showing too much skin, I don't know why, it just disguss and annoys me. IT ISN'T NECESSARY, you know??? It's about music, not fucking fashion or image. It really sucks...
There is no justice for people like us.. regular, without big contacts people. How has been your relationship with justice? Wherever you are.
Hey everybody! Time has come: today is our last day here in this house.. I've been throwing away, giving away and selling lots of things, and packing everything into boxes the last days. Tomorrow we are moving out! So, I will be off Mastodon for a few days, until everything returns to normal. Wish me luck!! It will be exhausting (it's been exhausting already), but soon it will over!!
Go!! Love you all 🫶🏼
I know the oddisey was an exhausting novel but the movie was huge too. Totally recommended, especially with a big box of popcorn for the cortisol generared in your body
Has anyone tried Vietnamese coffee? Last week I tasted a hazelnut capuccino from Vietnam, it was so delicious. They make this coffee preparation with beaten eggs in boiling water; so rare and yummy at the same time!
32 years ago Henri Rollins said in Woodstock: "I wanna live long, man.. I don't wanna get shot by a 17 year old." My god... today we are wishing the same here in Chile. Globalization finally did it.
Don't like to think too much: it makes me think too much... It keeps my mid on my mind.
Don't wanna see too much: it makes me see too much. Sometimes I'd rather be blind.
All the things that they're saying and doing when they pass me by, it just fills me up with noise...
It overloads me.
I wanna disconnect myself, pull my brains damn out and unplug myself...
I want nothing right now: I want to pull it out.
DISCONNECT MYSELF.
DISCONNECT MYSELF.
- Henri Rollins. "Disconnect" (1994)
Today I found out about the death of Rodrigo Ulloa, an important rock journalist and radio announcer from Chile. He interviewed lots of rock stars like Ozzy, Tom Araya, Eddie Vedder, Paul McCartney, and so many others... he was a young professional with more than 20 years of radio experience and a lovely easy going way of being. I don't know how old was he, but i think no more than 48.
He had been ill for the past couple of weeks. Even his family asked publicly for blood donors. He passed away last night and his beloved radio station is in mourning (radio Futuro).
Rest in peace my friend. You never knew me, but still a lot of radio and rock lovers loved you and considered you as their friend too. Besides, we both born in the same city at the end of the world: Punta Arenas. Have a nice trip man! 🤘🏼🖤
Today was the Marathon of Santiago 2026. The first place in the 42k category was for a kenyan, with a spectacular performance, and a considerable advantage over the second place. On the other side, the third place was for the chilean Hugo Catrileo, who made less than a minute more than the winner. Good for him ✊🏼
The first place for women's 42k was for Ethiopia, breaking the world record after 11 years without surpassing the world's best time.
Exciting and full of adranaline!! 🔥

Months ago, in a city called Calama in Chile, a 18 year old armed himself to the teeth to kill as many kids as possible in his school.. he planned it, we all know that now. It is the first time in Chile's history that something like this happens.
Fortunately, other students saw him with knives and sabres, so they tried to stop him... There are not videos yet, but a school inspector ended dead after being stabbed. 4 young teenagers were severely harmed, and the assailant was arrested. He was in 12th grade, with 18 years old, so he will be sentenced as an adult.
There is material that is being leaked, like IG posts, stories and notebooks with his plan.
One post called my attention; a very creepy pic of him with this song as a music background (Foster the People's Pumped Up Kicks). I know the song, sure, it was huge in 2011-2012, but I never realized what it was about... now I get it, and it is such a shame that a critical reflexive song could be an inspiration/reference for a criminal, a sad unfortunate damn kid.
In one of his notes he wrote something like: "I wanna die at 18, and be remembered for what I've done".
Surely he will be in jail for the next 20 years and maybe he will be released when he is 38 years old, after being trained in the best school of delinquency and crime (jail)... my god, what a tragedy.

What do you think about the new Marilyn Manson album??
I liked it a lot, I noticed a lot of influences like NIN (sure!), Ministry, Depeche Mode, and even Tool.
Comments anyone?
Does anybody know about dumbphones with WhatsApp and YouTube? Cheap and basic phones just to do the basics.
Hey, I was looking for some Henri Rollins interviews and I found this jewel:
Enjoy! you're welcome xD
Hello there.
A few months ago I discovered a new Social Media called "Lorito" (Parrot in spanish), some kind of Twitter but exclusivelty with Audio. You record a message and it is published in your TL and the main TL.
The best part is that it has an AI tool that synthetize your message in a few words for you to know what the "post" is about. I loved it, and I think it is very "inclusive" for blind people.
Here is the URL for you to download it and test it. I totally recommend it, it is a very small community now, help us to be more and more! :)
Thanks and have a good day.
