The real revelatory thing for me is not having a scale, rather knowing that we don't realize how stressed we are until the breaking point, unless we actively keep track of it.
this helps me because now, I can imagine a tiny thing happening and consider how it'd make me feel, and that lets me evaluate how stressed I am already
