I launched my first iOS app! 🚀
On This Day Rewind shows you photos and videos from today's date in past years. Widgets, reminders, cleanup, and sharing features included - fully on device.

A boost would mean a lot!
#️⃣ Using Claude Cowork to Write Drafts Actions
I setup Claude Cowork to let me describe a @drafts@indieapps.space action on my iPhone, Claude writes the script on my Mac, and iCloud syncs it everywhere. Here's how I set that up.

#️⃣ Draft Version Diff Action
Published a new @drafts@indieapps.space action for git-style diffs between draft versions. You can keep/revert changes for each chunk that changed. https://directory.getdrafts.com/a/24u).
On This Day 1.1 is out! 🎉 Open Photos searches with a companion shortcut, hide screenshots, plus (faster) image loading from further in the past and a bunch of bug fixes. Thanks for all the 1.0 feedback — keep it coming! 😊 #indieDev #iOS

Still blown away by the amazing feedback and recognition of the launch yesterday 🫶
Just enabled Family Sharing for the pro unlock & sub. In addition the macOS specific app is also approved and released.
👀
On This Day 1.1 is submitted for review 😊 If no issues are found by the beta testers and App Review approves it I hope to release it this week.
I was asked if On This Day registers a url scheme.
And of course it does:
You can open the app with this url:

Perfect to integrate it into a morning routine checklist /…
It's so frustrating that it's not possible to filter the deleted images folder in Photos for images not deleted by another member of the shared library 😭

I thought I would use Craft more with the release of the API, in fact I do - from no usage to a bit of usage. But @drafts@indieapps.space is just my happy place for note taking 🙌🏽

Big outcome: Do the right thing well. Big lesson: Do the right thing poorly. Big risk: Do the wrong thing well.

Hey @simonbs@mastodon.social, hope it’s okay to DM & bother you 😊
If you have a couple of minutes over weekend, I’d love to hear your thoughts on an app I launched.
Would love to get some recommendations from someone with your experience on launching great and fun to use apps.
Here’s the launch post with the App Store link for reference: @flohgro@social.lol
8th straight year with an anniversary badge in the @drafts@indieapps.space forum. Not 100% sure anymore but I would bet that it was launched together with Drafts 5 around April 2018.
Since then it's definitely one of my most visited forums 🫶
