@mastodonmigration @sundogplanets ok don't get me wrong: satellites pollution is a big problem and people should be made aware of it.
But as an astrophotographer I know that the software we use are very good at removing them, usually without rejecting the whole frame.
This picture has been processed specifically to emphasize the problem, which is a tidy bit misleading even if for a good cause.
Amateur astronomy is not the problem with swarms of satellites.
Will still share it.

@alter_unicorn à savoir : moi la GTI en USB avec kstars/INDI sous Linux, ça marche pas bien. C'est pour ça que j'utilise le câble EQMOD dont j'ai de toute façon besoin pour la monture du gros télescope. Du coup teste mais si ça te fait des timeout la solution c'est EQMOD. Bonne chance !

@alter_unicorn positionner la monture, bien l'équilibrer, faire l'alignement polaire avec le viseur polaire et une "polar clock" pour savoir où mettre polaris sur le cercle, avant de faire l'alignement 3 étoiles...

J'ai récup ce pack de batterie, je voudrais l'ouvrir pour récupérer les cellules qui sont dedans. Je suis certain qu'y a une vis derrière le petit bitonio rond en bas (comme en haut, mais elle était pas dissimulée), y a un moyen plus malin qu'un autre pour y accéder ? Avec une lame j'arrive pas à faire levier, mon next step c'est l'attaquer à la Dremel...

@Fangh à moins d'avoir 1234 comme mot de passe root, y a quand même pas grand risque... En fait ne pas avoir de mdp root (comme par défaut sur ubuntu) est déjà relativement efficace (si ton utilisateur admin n'est pas facilement devinable).

Hey #astrophotography #astronomy people using the #INDI ecosystem, slewing my telescope using a gamepad with indi_joystick is quite the fun, but is there the same thing to control it with the keyboard arrows? (or do I have to look for a joystick emulator?)
