@pauldoo Well, I definitely want distro native binary packages and most certainly don't want any form of distro agnostic binary packages like flatpak. However, beside distro native binary packages I do want also distro agnostic sources available.

@jernej@androiddev.social Ne rabiš svoje distribucije.

@bert_hubert@eupolicy.social Not exactly. The cloud is worse than mainframe. If you had a mainframe, you were able to manage it yourself, but you can't manage the cloud. At least not the cloud in this context.

@alex@feed.yopp.me The obvious alternative is DANE. Unfortunately after all these years browsers still don't support it. There exist some add-ons for certain browsers though.

@simontatham@hachyderm.io This brings back some nice memories on high school times when we invented and played or own kind of card games during national championship in mathematics. Tarot by 6 players using two decks of cards was really fun to play.

@tml@mementomori.social Do you need to actually change the Railjets? Is it not possible to continue on the same train? Of course you need a ticket for ongoing journey or buy it at Brenner if the train stops there for long enough to buy the ticket during that time.
Once I managed to do this on former Simplon Express in Ljubljana. Came with a ticket to Ljubljana, bought there a ticket for ongoing ride and boarded the same train again.
