#Jitsi como herramienta de videoconferencia #softwareLibre es un buen sustituto de otras herramientas de GAFAM. Quería mostrar uso básico pero también algún consejo para el uso en reuniones abiertas por ejemplo de asociaciones o clases.

No sé si habéis notado algo pero en los últimos meses parece que muchos proveedores de Internet están bloqueando archive.* (he probsdo today y ph). Ahora mismo no tengo vpn pero en #torbrowser van sin problemas (rellenando captcha oc) y en red normal no funcionan. Si uso mi SIM danesa sí me funcionan

I find it interesting and a good reason to add widths to cycle paths in #OpenStreetMap which so far is not that often avail.

The new video from Tom Babin(shifter)discusses about the places where cyclist're allowed to yield instead of stopping under "stop signs"

The European Cyclist's Federation(#ECF) https://www.ecf.com/en/news/cycling-manifesto-energy-independence-affordable-transport/ suggests 10 measures to cut Europe's energy dependence (let's remember the relevance of transports, and cars specifically in our energy consumption: @antoniovr@mastodon.social) and leverage cycling.

This is a relevant as most urban car trips are <10 km (many even < 5km),which are suitable distances for 🚲

Urban trips mean <100km and are dominant in most countries (e.g.🇩🇪67%,🇮🇹81%)

Compara optimización de precios horarios con el uso de baterías para reducir picos de consumo, conduciendo a que en el período analizado es más rentable la última estrategia.

Me ha parecido interesante comentarlo pues muchas veces no se cae en ese uso (->bajar potencia contratada).

Today I'll talk about their instance of #LibreTranslate on https://translate.disroot.org/ which you can use to translate text and even documents (I hadn't tried the later) from many languages.
You can use it in your mobile directly but also through the #FreeSoftware TranslateYou app which integrates many translation engines.

Llegando tarde a una boda en #Murcia porque se me ocurrió confiar en que podía usar una bici #DOTT. Luego doy más detalles . todo surreal

In @antoniovr@mastodon.social (Spanish) I tell about my absurd experience trying to use #dott bicycles in Murcia to go to a wedding (after travelling there by train).One of the key issues was the malfunctioning of the zonal speed limiter that was continuously on and at 10km/h 🤦

But mulling over it...Don't you think it is nonsense the idea of implementing speed limiters in bicycles or other light vehicles instead of in cars or vans, which are the ones causing the fatalities?
