Today I miss my brother I have no idea why today particularly. It is not a birthday, an anniversary, or other significant date. I just really keenly feel a space in my heart where he should be. I will roll with this wave of grief. There is more time between each one now and I have a chance to breathe. I am starting to heal around the scar that loss leaves. The edges are not so raw and tender. I am starting to have hope. But today, I miss my brother #grief

Well, I did it! I got my final module result and got a distinction, which means my degree offer should be a 1st! I am so pleased. This is something I never truly believed I could do, but I have done it!! I have actually done it!! Turns out I just needed the right support in place for my ADHD & autism. I will get to graduate before I am 50! #study #OUStudy #ActuallyAutistic #ADHD #AuDHD

I really hope the people of Clacton understand the assignment But I rather think I shall be disappointed

I made it, I drove across the country to the opposite coast and back, dropped off Nephew and am now having a well deserved glass of red wine. #Today #Family

@joshsusser@autistics.life AuDHD here, We have a system where we always have 2 of things, and write it down on a shopping list when we use up one of them, this gives me a buffer of "the amount of time it takes to use the 2nd item" to get it on the list. The shopping list pad, is attached to the fridge, and the pen is attached to the notepad.

I have had an idea,and now want to make a rocktopus. An octopus made from a rock and attached items who looks like he is rocking out. Will I do this? No, I have ADHD, by the time I found the bits I needed I would be trying to work out some other random idea. But this is what my brain is currently engaged with. Good Morning. Beige Blessings Be I actually slept reasonably well last night. I put this down to being full of puy lentil enchiladas. Consequently I feel a little better this morning. #Today I must go to my hairdressers to have a patch test before my actual appointment on Tuesday. After that, Husband and Tiny Dog are going to my Father in Laws overnight. I am trying not to worry about being on my own too much. I just worry that something dreadful will happen as the last 2 years have been full of horror and every time I relax, the universe perceives me again and deals me a bad hand. He is currently playing a game of some description with Husband whilst I hide in another room and decompress from the drive. Delightfully, I got to introduce Nephew to the number plate alphabet game, and he had great fun finding all the letters of the alphabet in order as we drove along. This came about because I said that he wasn't allowed his iPad in the front of the car because it is distracting. However, he said he had lots of fun and wants to play it again when I take him home again in a couple of weeks. What car games did you play on long journeys?
