I was and still am a "picky" eater. Everything plain, except for BBQ and cheese sauce. I've never eaten ketchup, mustard, or any of the condiments and sauces most people like, aside from when my order was wrong and I didn't check before I bit into my sandwich. Lesson learned. One day, it hit me that it's probably unusual to have eaten like that for 40 years. I'd never thought much about it until after I was diagnosed. #Autism #Adhd #Audhd #ActuallyAutistic

I'm not sure that dexamphetamine is the right ADHD medication for me. It does let me focus my attention but I'm finding it *really* hard to aim it properly. It's like trying to aim a 600x telescope without a viewfinder. More often than not I end up hyperfocused on procrastinating. Like what I'm doing right now. Maybe it would be good in a business setting where the direction is given from an external source and there are other people to keep you on task. #ADHD #AuDHD

Olen itse autisminkirjolla ja lisäksi ihan selkeästi se levoton kieppuja kenen keskittymiskyky herpaantuu ulkoisten ärsykkeiden takia, hälinän, melun, valosaasteen, sosiaalisen ahdistuksen, jopa hajujen takia..

Ikäänkuin kaikki suodattimet ja termostaatit puuttuis ja kaikki informaatio virtaa aivoihini suodattamattomina.

Olen yliherkkä. Keho käy yleensä ylikierroksilla.

Valtavan kuluttavaahan se on vaikka olenkin luova ja myös jo todistanut sen moneen kertaan tekemällä ja tuottamalla mielikuvituksellisia, monien ihastelemia tuotoksia.

Koulussa paikoillaan istuminen oli yhtä helvettiä!

Yleensä puhutaan että pojat syrjäytyvät ja pojille pitäis tarjota sitä sun tätäerilaista kuin kilteille ja kärsivällisille tytöille.

Ongelman sukupuolittaminen on meidän "tuhmien tyttöjen" sivuuttamista. Meidät yritetään häivyttää ikäänkuin meitä ei olis lainkaan olemassa.

Minä olisin tarvinnut koulun missä ollaan paljon ulkona, missä opetellaan muualla kuin ahdistavan luokkahuoneen vankina.

Minä rakastan VAPAUTTA! Minä vihaan kahleita!

Naiseksi varttuneena se olin minä kuka tuli raskaaksi ja lapsi on valtava kahle. En minä lastani vihannut, mutta vihasin usein sitä saatanan ahdasta äitiyden normia joka oli.

Inhosin kaikkia niitä normiämmiä, joita istui vanhempainilloissa jo päiväkodissa, he ja heidän "täydelliset" lapsensa. Vähä-älyisiä "ihmisiä".

Aniharvoin olen kohdannut ketään ketkä olis samalla aaltopituudella kanssani.

Olen uskaltanut elää erilailla. Olen rakastanut vapauttani niin paöjon etten ole suostunut jatkamaan ihmissuhteita joista on kadonnut idea.

Olen luopunut materiaalisesta onnesta menttaalisen hyvinvoinnin vuoksi. Enkä kyllä edes usko että sitä materiaalista onnea olis olemassa varsinaisesti.

Kauhuviso se on että olis pitänyt jämähtää johonkin valtavan asuntolainan takia, jumittaa parisuhteessa, jossa joutuu teeskenetelmään että jaksaa.. Teeskentelemään työpaikalla että jaksaa, teeskentelemään kaikkialla että jaksaa ja lopulta sitä olis pelkkä ihmisen kuori..

Osaan teeskennellä, osaan maskata. Olen entinen harrastajateatterilainenkin. Estradille ne esitykset sopii, ei ihmisen arkeen.

Tylsämieliset kai kykenee paremmin puuduttavaan, tasapaksuun elämäänsä, missä samat naamat luovat heille saman tyylisen turvan kuin oli lapsuudessa.. Epäitsenäiset ihmiset, ketkä eivät koskaan kasva aikuiseksi.

Eihän sille kukaan mitään itse mahda millaisin aivoin syntyy. Ketään ei voi syyttää, mutta yhteiskunnan pitäisi olla kaikille, ei vain tylsämielisille, tai narsisteille ketkä laativat sääntöjä muille itse niitä noudattamatta.

Läheisriippuvaisissa on myös narsisteja ketkä elävät kaksoiselämää. Salasuhteita, salalapsia, jalkavaimoja.. Sovinistina kaikki vaikuttaa olevan mahdollista. Valehtelemalla valtaan pääsy. Narsitinen muiden manipulointi, kyky puhua muut ympäri..

Onneksi en syntynyt sellaiseksi. En halua hoviväkeä, en halua kalifiksi kalifin paikalle. Rakastan vapauttani.. ❤️
