Probably, because the 2nd factor, which most commonly is an app, probably installed on the same smartphone, you use for online banking (so it's disputable, if it's a real 2nd factor, after all) will hopefully, probably, surely make it safe enough.

@fluepke Mir fehlt in den Artikeln irgendwie der Kontext, was das überhaupt für eine Software ist, bzw bei welcher Art von Unternehmen das eingesetzt wird. Sollte man von dieser Software gehört haben, als IT-interessierte Person? Ist das irgendeine no-name Software, die von irgendwelchen Klein-Unternehmern für deren Bürokratie verwendet wird, oder würde ein großflächiges Ausnutzen der Lücke apokalyptische Zustände auslösen, weil damit irgendwelche Chemie-Werke gesprengt werden können? Fände ich für die Einordnung schon irgendwie wichtig, aber weder Heise noch Golem erwähnen das.

@sixtus Es liest sich aber auch, als wenn sie wirklich zu jeder erdenklichen anderen Spar-Maßnahme bereit sind, solange sie dann mit der Hardware ein wenig weiter machen können wie bisher. Ich sehe da eine würdelose Shitshow, wie am Ende von Trump 1, mit Angestellten, denen Privat-Inseln und Adelstitel in der neuen Welt versprochen werden, wenn sie die nächsten 2 Jahre ohne Bezahlung arbeiten.
