1️⃣Had a very productive day and managed to get lots of urgent admin tasks sorted out or in progress
2️⃣Visited my mother and gave her lovely greyhound Rosie* lots of fuss
3️⃣Had a nice relaxing bath listening to classical music (Rachmaninoff, Beethoven, Tiersen and Einaudi)
*AKA Rosie the Rascal, as she's apparently been digging another large hole in my mother's lawn
I think one of the worst things I find about living with pain is waking up to it in the morning. It's such a horrible start to the day and takes (often a large amount of) mental energy just to get up.

I finished a book!!! Don't Let Him In by Lisa Jewell. Probably not the best choice to start with, as it jumped back and forth a lot and I found it a little hard going in places, but it was quite an enjoyable read.
