In my sleep deprived state, I saw no errors before or after the edit.
Also, could someone hook me up to an IV drip of anaesthetic until the heatwave has properly buggered off? I might actually get some quality sleep then.

If you start snkng into a Tuesday, stop moving. Once everything stops moving around you it's safe to get moving again.
Well, that's what the survival guide says.
I think you're right, I can see land in the distance.

Looking back & knowing I probably am Autistic with a hefty dose of ADHD, It was probably all the changes. Early signs were when starting high school . I did it twice in two years as I moved countries (not clever 😅).
Dealing with all the new names of teachers, different rooms for different subjects & the names of your fellow inmates 🤯 . That's just Day 1.
I was a fellow school hater, being bullied everyday didn't help.

After 45 minutes walking on a treadmill on a 15% incline, my legs tend to be moaning at me about being tortured.
I'm hoping they'll eventually get over it.

Nothing like getting changed into some dry loafing gear & holing up with something on the TV & hot drink & snacks to recover.

I did indeed, thanks Maj1 😀, with alittle help from some ambient music. Alas, forgot to set my alarm 🤣 but got up just about early enough to get everything bar a bit of reading done by teatime.
Hope you've had a good day yourselves.

Wow! 5.5 Kmph? I'd be overbalancing & taking the emergency side exit as my eqilibrium goes nuts 🤣, though halfway through yesterday's session my brain & bod seemed to feel ready for 3.5 Kmph. Might try that today if my brain & body decide they wanna do it.
Spleen does love the warm, moist places with healthy blood supply... 🤔 You never see a spleen & a vampire in the same place at the same time...👀
Running is overrated anyway, except when you see the bus arriving at the busstop before you do 😬🏃💨

Well, I am only moving my arse to nowhere at a walking pace (currently 3Km PH, as running would have me keelling over or falling off the edge of the "wide" (🤨 40cm) belt 😂.
Also, I want to enjoy the whole episode I'm watching without breaking my neck or a accidentally ejecting my spleen.

Well, from one muddler to another :BlahajHuggingHeart:.
Thursday was very well behaved & I've finally had a proper session on my treadmill this afternoon whilst starting a rewatch of Netflix's Snowpeircer.
It felt good, though my legs might threaten strike action if I give them a session on the mill again 😂.
Likewise, hope you've had a good day today.
