@SapphicGiraffic@mouse.photos how do you feel about "gray areas" like CEU/CME/whatever someone's specific org wants to call it?
So like, TECHNICALLY I can do my clinical work without any CEUs. But in reality, it's required to maintain my licensure AND keep up with changing techniques and procedures within health care/medicine. Should employers have to pay for things like that? Personally, I think the answer is yes, but I can also see where that could potentially go wrong for the workers (e.g. you work in healthcare so you take these courses provided by us, but then they're not necessarily applicable to your medical practice).
There's so many continuing ed requirements for so many different jobs, and then a bunch who SHOULD have them and don't, so I'm curious your thoughts 💛
