@_elena it just feels...organic and non-toxic. As if it was mostly people interacting non-algorythmically with other people. Humane, is the word, i think. Also, im free to up and leave whenever. Its important to have some doors open, even if one doesnt plan to go through them

@brad@m.toad.host how, if i may ask

@fasnix@fe.disroot.org @rysiek@mstdn.social @jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net all godd, thanks for the tip. It did tick lots of boxes for me

@jernej__s@infosec.exchange @jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net @rysiek@mstdn.social thank you, thats a good resource. Pity, though. Well, im also happy to sit and wait for the last tank to burn the last drop of fuel fighting for the last drop of water to be fed to an llm :) #burnoutFTW

@jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net @mullvadnet@mastodon.online @rysiek@mstdn.social okok so is there a coop that makes its own vpn? Would it possible to start one, so that no ceo inevitably starts trying on brown shirts? Surely its doable, no ? Im a frontend, can contribute..ugh...the least meaningful part, i guess :p. On the other hand, maybe it is a tytanic task, if it requires not one but two ceos, inefficient and unstreamlined and optimisation-ready as it sounds. Makes me think of sparta; guess running a vpn service is like running a country

@aram@aoir.social is it...ice?

@zachleat cant wait to post it at work on monday, so that i could be sacked faster, so that i could retrain on the dole to work with renewables

@europeanspodcast@mastodon.social being a pole and driving through Luzyce is always a cool feeling, seeing the more familiar slavic names of places :)

@fffhaus@mastodon.social im in leipzig too - what baordgame system is it ? :) Edit: nvm, found the link :p

@RosannaSibora@fosstodon.org @openproject@fosstodon.org ah damn, exactly the direction in which im heading now, just a tad too early :) but one day...

@europeanspodcast@mastodon.social @sab@hostux.social @papuass@toot.lv i usually expect no answer at all when im messaging a group/institution/official body so i takes me by surprise when i get an answer AND a correction i hoped for. Hence my assumption that ill never get a reply, thus my potentially ugh dry tone :) it does seem that its mostly sentient biomass here,as opposed to bots. A welcome change :)

@europeanspodcast@mastodon.social i...did not expect that. Thank you and apologies if i seemed rude. Damn...

@bogo@hapyyr.com same problem, but from programming angle. Good luck to both of us, i guess.

@davetansley@mastodon.world spidergawd, hauntologist, gnome - rotten tongue, al-namrood, khan, castle rat, conan, deathchant - d'you know what ? Mostly metal/rock stuff https://bandcamp.com/aethelbrihte/playlist/mix-1

@Quarky @elCelio actually many remember those times fondly, as it was just easier to live. Obv not the ones active politically, just plain workers. And its not just a matter of being younger. Thats poland, but this book explains why *some* things, important ones, were better https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beyond_the_Wall_(book)

@europeanspodcast@mastodon.social completely unrelated pet peeve, but from a podcast called the europeans i'd expect a correct date format

@bmalkow@101010.pl nie gwarantuje, ale: https://www.404media.co/ https://www.theregister.com/

@Quarky @elCelio absolutely, that moment has passed,i agree. The book is very interesting and damn, anemoia triggerred hard when i read it

@zen_xen_ni i moze przestac nazywac to ameryka, skoro to ino jeden kraj ? Po hiszpansku funkcjonuje 'unitadoestadense' czy jakos tak :)

@blejamichal @zen_xen_ni oooff, no nie wiem, musimy dac szanse tez innym krajom :p

@blejamichal @zen_xen_ni ...deal, wchodze w to.

@markush this is a pretty cool company https://staffbase.com/jobs/all/

@fasnix@fe.disroot.org @rysiek@mstdn.social @jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net damn, got excited about this one. HQ is in the US, wikipedia says...hmm...which hill to die on

@sab@hostux.social @EUCommission@ec.social-network.europa.eu @europeanspodcast@mastodon.social @papuass@toot.lv precisely, this
