#postcrossing

October 1st is World Postcard Day. 📬 #postcard #postcrossinghttps://worldpostcardday.com

As promised, my newly arrived #postcard. It's #cheese. Cheese, Gromit! The sender decorated it with cool stamps and washi tape covering some of the interests on my profile, jigsaws and rollercoasters and crafts etc, and her message was lovely too. Is it weird to think you and your #Postcrossing match would be friends irl? Cos we have cheese and knitting in common and tbh what more does a beautiful friendship need? 😅 I appreciate all the cards I've had so far, but it does feel extra special when someone matches the card to you so personally. Pride of place on the pegboard, here we come!

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org Quite the postcard enthusiast community over on @postcrossing. @jillianmarisa@rosafamily.social and I attended their largest meetup ever, at the USPS postcrossing stamp ceremony in Boston. Twas nuts! Not my photo, but I’m in it. Somewhere #Postcrossing

Oh fun, Paulo -who started the whole thing- came over from Portugal. @postcrossing@mastodon.social #PostCrossing #WorldStampShow #Boston2026WorldExpo

Well, @Jillianmarisa@vmst.io and I have made it to the @postcrossing@mastodon.social first day of issue stamp dedication. Guys, the place is PACKED! #Postcrossing #USPS #WorldStampShow #Boston2026WorldExpo

Aw yeah! The @postcrossing@mastodon.social stuff is now available for pre-order on the USPS website! I did not have dropping an extra $300 on this hobby on my to-do list today, but here we are. I am beyond excited for this, and that finally something @Jillianmarisa@vmst.io and I helped to lobby for has actually come to fruition. https://store.usps.com/store/results?Ntt=postcrossing #Postcard #PostCrossing #DayOfIssue

I just registered for a bunch of #postcard and #postcrossing events at the Boston World Expo. Any chance @postcrossing@mastodon.social and related folks are planning to go? Looks pretty nerdy. Exciting stuff.

Super excited to see the USPS's @postcrossing@mastodon.social partnership featured in the latest edition of USA Philatelic. I didn't know they were going to to Maxis, too! Weeee! // Maxis are a very European thing, that AFAIK basically don't exist as a concept here in the US. Though we've come close with a few. #Stamps #Postcrossing #Postcards #USAphilatelic #maxicard #Boston #DayOfIssue

For anyone who is curious, this is what my first year of postcrossing from Australia looks like! #Postcrossing

We did some #Postcrossing this weekend, finally. Weeeee! #Missouri #StLouis #postcard #postcards #snailmail
