Earlier this year, Sun’Agri in France reported an increase in yield for grapes and in California, increase in endangered native wildflowers. Perovskite can catch higher energy light than silicon and so improves energy capture/efficiency. Key to the improvements shown in the papers is durability with thousands of hours of field testing in ambient environments as opposed to glove box tests.
