Remember the #WindowsXP #GameCube Theme made for users in #Europe (2004) by Nintendo?
Now that GameCube is 25 years old today, what if Nintendo continued updating the GameCube Theme with 3rd party designer involvement?
What you see, is one updated Windows 11 result.
Microsoft has made themes, and allowed parties to create their own, but they're most likely strict on it nowadays.
Have fun trying to recreate this for Windows 11 computers.

The cool Hori Gameboy Player controller for the GameCube is also just a GameCube controller! The lack of analog stick makes it suboptimal (or even incompatible) with many 3D games, but it's fantastic for pretty much anything 2D!
Like the original Legend of Zelda on the Collector's Edition disk!

Feature titled The Rise and Fall of Nintendo.
Taken from Cube 32 - June 2004 (UK)
Just goes to show that Nintendo has always been doomed, even before the rise of Youtube shit-stirrers and doomers, who leach of the company they hate, by making money off of constantly talking thrash about it and people clicking those awful thumbnails. 🤡

For #VGMWednesday I invite you to slow down and enjoy the sounds of Forget-Me-Not Valley from Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life

If this game came to NSO I'd be back there in a heartbeat.

Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life - Breeze (30 Minute Extension)
Since I have the Hori Super Gameboy Commander controller for my SNES, I figured I'd import their Gameboy Player equivalent for the GameCube!
It feels REALLY GOOD to use, and also, in my typical manner I've done some shenanigans with it, so expect me to post more about this guy!

Star Wars Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader was a technical marvel in 2001 that really showed what the Gamecube was capable of.
Detailed textures, Dolby Pro Logic II surround sound, 60 fps and 480p progressive scan support. The visuals alone eclipsed most of the games that were out at the time.
