I guessed the 1st was an administrative error. so we celebrate on the 20th.
For random reasons, I was watching Tom Waits interview videos the other night.
He used the line:
"I'd rather a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy."
I thought it was such clever wordplay. Apparently it dates back to a book from 1965.
