Il pilota Alpine sorprende all’ultimo giro George Russell e partirà davanti a tutti. Il pilota Alpine aveva già chiuso davanti a tutti ill Q2 e ha confermato le ottime sensazioni nel Q3, ottenendo così la sua prima pole position in carriera. Gasly aveva già vinto a Monza nel 2020. Secondo posto per George Russell, terzo invece Oscar Piastri. Quarta e quinta le due Ferrari, che però potrebbero partire in seconda fila, approfittando della penalità a cui andrà incontro Oscar Piastri, terzo nel Q3.
