Okay guys, hello! It's me again!
I recently went to my mothers house to pick up some of my personal items I've been tryng to get from her for YEARS. Her house is fucking crazy and I unfortunately cannot get animal control or any sort of rescues involved with this without risking my safety and housing so I need to do this as civil as possible. My stepdad is telling me just to take the bird and has admitted that they aren't feeding him or giving him any sort of water while living in California in the heat without an AC. He lives in a very small table top cage with another parrot whos' attacking him and he needs OUT.
My mother will not just hand me over this bird and is likely going to require me to give her some sort of compensation for him and you know what? that's fine. As long as paco gets out.
This is where I need your help, I'm not asking for your help to obtain Paco himself but rather help to support Paco because this is a life or death sort of situation, with no food and no access to clean water (His water dish was literally mold.) and in a hoarding situation, we need him out.
I'm asking you to please donate, share, boost, anything you can! EVERYTHING will go to Paco, getting him a new cage that's a proper size, food and water dishes, proper nutrition, vet care, perches and toys so he can live a better life. He's an older bird in around his mid to late 20s.
Literally ANYTHING you can do. I'm putting aside as much money as I can to get this bird out of there and taking out a loan if I need. He needs help.
