3 Whole Years here on the Social Web!!!
To celebrate, a fun little blog looking at what's happened in that time 👀

My favourite thing from this special @fediforum@mastodon.social so far has been hearing from new voices.
It's so good to see how the Social Web is touching the lives of so many different people - not just the 'techies'!
FediMTL yesterday was excellent!
Thanks again to everyone involved 🫶
Please enjoy this painting of my presentation by my fianceé who tuned into the live stream from the UK 👀 🥰
Follow #2MR live (and with translated subtitles)!
Sorry to be missing this #FediForum but after a funeral and a whole load of meetings, it wasn't realistic this time.
Hopefully next time 👀
Worth flagging that as community engagement, social media, and marketing is more relied upon by businesses roles are changed to be more suitable for men. Just like what happened with programming 👀
Awareness and education are the first steps to ensuring that the women who made these roles so critical in a successful business aren't sidelined for male 'Content Engineers'.

@evan@cosocial.ca Don't forget that a lot of young people are against AI too, so giving them a space here could help diversify the Social Web even more 😍🫡

We'd love to see some at the @newsmast and Save Social lunch event... 👀

Why does every design/SM tool update it's UI every four months? I get you have to stay fresh, but come on. Wait for the 'best before' date before you throw something out 🙄

@deborahh@cosocial.ca to someone outside of the app, it just looks like any normal Mastodon account! So I'm interacting from one of our apps now. But some people may want their community to be closed, in which case there would be no interaction with the Social Web!

@deborahh@cosocial.ca Glad you enjoyed it! We hope to release some video demos soon but weren’t able to show live demos at the event

@AlexShvartsman@backend.newsmast.org I agree heavily with your description of geese. They are scary
