Very little by conduction, unless the person is immersed in water. I did not think radiation would amount to that much.

Hezbollah's owners, the IRGC, murdered tens of thousands of unarmed civilians in Iran this year alone; their Axis is responsible for a million deaths during Syria's civil war. Anyone praising the Axis in which Hezbollah is a major part is either evil or profoundly ignorant about the whole Middle East.
