Finally bought some mushroom starter. This year I'll try to cultivate oyster mushrooms on a tree we had to cut down.

Der Ton ist also unangebracht. Aber der inhaltliche Punkt ist, dass Reticulum ein Framework ist. Gerade ggü. Meshcore muss man viele Entscheidungen treffen und selbst das eigene Netz eben so aufbauen, wie es die Bedürfnisse benötigen.

@nastasiahadjadji@mastodon.social I still can't see it on both the German and French Tracks video list. But I tried it again after 30 mins and I can get the German video now, via switching the fr to de in the URL. Seems like ARTE is indexing new videos rather slow :)

@voyagermesh@dresden.network @maexchen1@nrw.social @h4kor@chaos.social Das Netz ist wie beim Internet ein logisches, nicht geographisch. Das große „testnet“ ist als von überall per TCP, i2p usw. erreichbar.
Wenns um explizit LoRa oder anderen Funk geht: da gibt es kein flächendeckendes Netz. Braucht man ja eigentlich auch nur als edge access points. Oder zB wenn man ein redundantes regionales meshnet bauen will.

@voyagermesh@dresden.network @maexchen1@nrw.social @h4kor@chaos.social Ich denke ein Hauptpunkt is, dass hier verschiedene Medien zusammenspielen müssen. LoRa alleine kann kein backbone sein. Lokale Viertel könnten gut mit LoRa APs abgedeckt werden. Aber dahinter müsste dann Richtfunk stehen. Sonst bekommt man die Bandbreite einfach nicht zusammen.
Topologisch also kein reines gleichwertiges Mesh.

And do you now utilize immutable-style workflows on Cachy? Like Flatpak only, read-only partitions or something like that?
