@Gargron@mastodon.social I hate it when I read „Twitter/X has become so bad, now go use Bluesky“. No, Bluesky is not the solution, it’s (going to be) a part of the problem.

@timbl I‘m really enjoying the audiobook version of #ThisIsForEveryone on my commutes. Great content, great writing and a wonderful Stephen Fry. As a nerd kid of the 90s, I want to thank you, Tim, for opening up unbelievable possibilities for all of us!

@darthvader42 @thinkpadmuseum Thanks! Good to keep in mind. I remember my external SSD (needs more power than the Thunderbolt port can deliver) on my Mac being ejected when I plugged in another device with my 100W Ugreen Nexode power supply. I think it‘s a power handshake issue.

@xberga@mastodon.social @GrueneBundestag@gruene.social Die Definitionen gehen hier dann doch etwas weiter auseinander.

@jedda@social.lol Good to have you back! 🙂

@taylorparizo I‘m planning on doing the same thing. The Define 7 XL is huge and I will probably go for a 19“ rack and a SilverStone RM41-H08 case because I want to keep on using my ATX board and PSU.

@darthvader42 @thinkpadmuseum Yeah, sure. I get you. I only have a 3U chassis in the RackMate TT so I would like to leave out 1U of power distribution.

@thinkpadmuseum Thanks anyway. I‘ll share it once it‘s finished.

@scottgal Wow, that was fast. Thanks so much for your help! And nice setup!

@nlnet@social.nlnet.nl @leenaars@mastodon.social They look awesome! Is there any chance for me as a teacher to receive some of those via mail? I‘ve got an audience of around 180-220 students to offer to promote the use of #FOSS. 🙂 I can‘t be at #FOSDEM as we‘re expecting our second child soon. I‘d pay for postage as well.

@Life_is_Beautiful @ente @notesnook I know and I did. But it‘s been on the roadmap for quite some time now.

@ente @notesnook Still waiting for @notesnook to be self-hostable though.

@cymplecy Thanks. I‘m about to start and this is a very welcome resource.

@rizzi@gloria.social Are mail newsletters on your roadmap?

@superpixel@mastodon.social @obsidian@mas.to I want it the other way around. Self-hosting syncing of AnyType is a pain in the ass. Obsidian Live Sync on the other side was easy for me to implement. 😅
