Do you use custom wallpapers in #firefox 's New Tab? We've just enabled a flag in Firefox Nightly that lets you maintain a collection of custom wallpapers. More improvements beyond that soon!

Okay, I think today's the day we get those downloads UI patches up for review - we got our tests passing last week, and we just have one last localization TODO to complete.
Then, let's see if we can figure out how to embed the downloads UI components in the sidebar!

Today's #Firefox Nightly makes the profile backup feature available by default.
The profile backup feature, when enabled, will take a snapshot of your profile and pack it into a single file that you can restore from on the same or a different machine. You can choose to encrypt the backup with a passphrase.
In a recent #Firefox Nightly, visit about:settings#sync and scroll down to the Backup section to manage it.

5 digit #Firefox bug filed 26 years ago just closed: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13607
I'll pre-empt the inevitable "lol finally" comments by saying this one was clearly quite niche. The bug and fix is far less notable than the age.

Massive bucket from RJ Barrett for the #TorontoRaptors to beat the Cavs in OT to force Game 7. Instant classic - it's up there with the Kawhi bounce.

After a week away, I'm back, and we're going to keep plugging away at this downloads sidebar. We got some tests started last time, let's see if we can get those done and transition the downloads item UI to use good ol' HTML across the board.
Starts at 1PM ET!

We made some great progress last week, converting the download panel item UI to use HTML rather than XUL. Let's keep going and get it to look right, and if we're lucky, we can try getting it to show up in our new download sidebar that we're working on!
