The situation fucks me up. Majorly.
What is in it for the future? How can we keep the vulnerable people safe? What will be necessary to do if push comes to shove? Is it a phase or will it be a marathon of attrition?
So many more questions I don't dare to ask let alone seriously answer...

@janamarie @manawyrm The photos should become clearer and you can try going in with more magnification (you'll need some guiding for that) since atmospheric turbulence is less of an issue. Unfortunately the CMOS should not be able to pick up on the ~8μm emissions from the sky itself. That's always fascinating to see. Nonetheless, please share 😁
