@structuredsucc yo I wouldn’t have so many struggles with the social part if everyone could just chill tf out and stop being so weird about word choice or movements So to help me with the time management and task initiation I got… more tasks to initiate. And to fit in to the schedule. Time plan, if you will.

All I wind up thinking is “I don’t know what you consider familiarity and if it’s the same thing I consider familiar, I wish you’d just give me the background that you think is relevant to your point, and let me filter for myself if it’s useful right now” It winds up with so many meetings going poorly because there is no universal and usefully external measure of familiarity with a given topic

Like literally, who is gaining from this? Oh let me make it not possible to pay to watch my show? Sounds like a master plan for profit

@PatternChaser what does the term “overdiagnosis” even *mean*? Like. Nobody seems to be claiming misdiagnosis, i.e. that diagnoses are incorrect. If it’s “more than the system can handle” doesn’t that just show us that the system was never built for reality? Diagnosis is just an observation of reality. This bone is broken, that skin is bruised, that lung is punctured, this person is unresponsive. Maybe you want less people to have broken legs, but not counting them doesn’t change how many there are

@JoBlakely to clarify, I’m trying to refer to the situations where people will give unclear / vague instruction - but still hold you to achieving precisely what they wanted, or act exasperated when you perform a very literal interpretation, hence they “get what they said”. I know grammatically it’s not quite 100% correct, I was going for the kind of snappy quip format - does that help clear it up?
