The soundtrack to this and the previous image is street dogs barking nervously and my companion telling me 'if there's more than three we should move'. 😳
I really wish I was better with words to write about this place. Will post more when I'm back at the desktop.

'You're gonna need a bigger belt.' 🤤
This scene drew my attention yesterday and immediately reminded me of a display in a jewelry shop window. So please excuse the broad interpretation of today's #FotoVorschlag 💍

Taken with a quirky little prime I've dreadfully neglected. I'm trying to make up for that now, and I'm liking the results. It's an 'in between' focal length - who wants to guess? (full frame) 😉

It's cooled off a bit and we're looking at a refreshing 31°C. Maybe if I pull the white balance down a bit...power of imagination and so on...

@bluejay@ohai.social perfect motion lines, or whatever cartoonists call them, drawn by the passing car! 😍

@alanstanley@mas.to You can't even swear at him in Italian because "porcospino" just sounds too cute! :-)

@ewen@social.ewenbell.com I feel seen...I have a whole set that got stuck to each other before I even had the chance to use them 😂

@janamarie@mystical.garden Very cool! My first impression was that this is some giant spotlight set up next to the building.

@bluejay@ohai.social Thanks for the reminder! Goes on the ever growing re-read pile... ;-)

@SensitiveSyl@beige.party Beautiful! We had gray skies and the first rain in a few days, with a lengthy pigeon bath routine in front of the window. Not bad either! ;-)

@bluejay It's just amazing how powerful that small red light is against the cold surrounding it.

@JohanEmpa@mastodon.green @timsmalley@mastodon.green Oh, wonderful! I think I've seen Tim's work when I was still on Pixelfed, and read some of his blog posts! Still combing through my exported lists, these are looong JSON files... ;-)
Thank you!

@homawida Kleines, aber wichtiges Detail: es war die letzte APS-C mit AF Motor.
Edit: Tschuldigung, stimmt doch nicht, s.u.
Replying to
