It's a mess ... Electronic billing will be mandatory for big enough companies starting September 2026.
But the legislation has already been delayed 2 times and most businesses will not be ready even adjusting to the September 2027 deadline for smaller businesses.
Look ... we're still updating clients with software that was made technically illegal in 2016 ...
