@suearcher@toot.wales @Maker_of_Things@cupoftea.social thank you, I'm glad he was nice. Tbh that's the kind of trade I usually go for!

@Maker_of_Things@cupoftea.social I've got a Fairphone 5 with Android with all the Google apps and stuff so I suspect I can't help much.

Non-dog post: does anyone have any recommendations for places that sell old and reclaimed furniture. I don't want to have to join Facebook but their market place seems to have lots.
There's some local places but probably loads online I'm missing. The local Freecycle is mostly old landlord couches which is not what I'm after.
Thanks!
@purplepadma@beige.party I saw some Capybara today and thought you'd like a photo

@Maker_of_Things@cupoftea.social @geomannie@mastodon.scot it oddly seems to be working with iodeOS https://community.iode.tech/t/banking-finance-and-insurance-apps-editable-list/8309
I installed iodeOS on my old phone to try it out and liked it. It reminds me of flashing CyanogenMod and Lineage on my old Nexus phones.
I've not yet had the courage to try either on my FP5 for fear of compatibility.

@Maker_of_Things@cupoftea.social please can you let me know if you get a good window cleaner. The person I used to use doesn't cover where I've moved too and I can only find people who use the brushes on the end of long hoses, which I've found to be inferior to someone up a ladder.

Non-dog post: I saw a Honda E, which I remember seeing when they were announced. I love it as a concept, but price and impracticality (mainly price tbh) rules it out for me.
Awesome little thing though, I'm glad to have seen one and be reminded of them.

@Maker_of_Things@cupoftea.social when we were viewing we looked for ages but I don't think we knew what we really wanted to start with (that we could afford).
Without wanting to demoralise you it took us a year from putting our old house on the market to moving to our new one. Buying and selling has been very weird the past few years
