Just got back from Glasgow pride. Really nice to march with the pups and the furries.
Even briefly ran into a few old friends.

Currently in the UK it’s too hot to sleep well at night so we have a portable aircon in the bedroom maintaining the temperature at 21’C.
However, last night the outside air temperature dropped to 14’C which causes the central heating to flip on.

The heating and the aircon are currently fighting each other 😮

Work has mandated that all new code needs to be 100% vibe coded.

I’m not a fan of that because the act of a human creating something gives it meaning. So I guess I’ll have to just make sure that my personal project code is mostly coded by hand. I’m ok with some uses of LLMs such as translating JSON schemas into python data classes for me but using Claude code just sort of feels alienating.

Updated one of my Sergal OCs to be more of a lawful evil character.
Why? Because its fun.

Does anyone have the details of any good furry / pup / BDSM webRings? I would like to add my furry website to a queer webRing in order to enhance findability.

Censorship of books in libraries is hitting the UK now. If true I really hope that the librarian takes legal action against her employer.

I like how MacOS has prioritised local agentic systems over remote systems so I’m cautiously optimistic about Ubuntu’s local inference integrations.

Just installed Resolute Racoon 🦝

With the huge influx of new people into the pup community in the last few years I have put together some resource links that may be useful to anyone who would like to learn more about the pup play community.

I was recently gifted an iPad Pro so I thought I would try Procreate out. Took a while to figure out which digital pencils I like.

YouTube is subscribing me to channels I care little about.
Such as:
Driver reviews ( I don’t drive ) and
The Scottish Family party (I’m not a christo fascist).

These are all extremely moving.

Working on a small Svelte single page application atm in order to learn more about it but the work is 90% typescript utility functions, 10% svelte components so I’m
Not sure that I am learning much.

I usually use Next.Js for everything
