(it doesn't have a write-enabled pin, so that's not the issue)

@awooo@floofy.tech I'd expect VDD to be the pin with the capacitor, so A0 should be the one on the opposite side with connections to two vias (the second one via the resistor).
Maybe one of the two vias goes to the edge connector and another one to some kind of test point on the PCB?
