A year ago I tweaked my right shoulder sliding a window.
I was assured after xrays that it wasn't misaligned, and given physical therapy regimens that left me unable to do daily chores and thus got abandoned.
A few days ago I whacked it hard on a door frame by accident and it popped. The shoulder just clicked several times and I have full range of movement back again.
